The Proactive Recycling Corporation is a multi-system salvage, repair and trading corporation operating throughout much of the Trojan Reach.

It is also rumoured to provide a range of other services, including loans and mercenary operations. Basically, everyone thinks it is shady as heck, but it is rarely if ever actually caught doing anything illegal, so the Imperial and local systems can't shut it down.
