Clusters

Clusters (or Mains, as the larger ones are called) are collections of worlds that are J-1 from each other, and therefore easily accessible by even the lowest spec free trader. This innate connectivity means that the amount of trade within a cluster will normally be many times that between clusters, making them obvious trade routes.
